We present at the CCCB (Barcelona) the program for the 2022 edition, with Joanna Quinn.

Animac 2022, the 26th International Animated Film Festival of Catalonia, presents in Barcelona, ​​​​as an act prior to the festival to be held in Lleida from March 3 to 6, the novelties and contents of this edition. Under the motto Forces of Imagination Animac is dedicated this year to the power of imagination. We will have the presence of Joanna Quinn, a renowned animator with an unmistakable line and a great sense of humor, who will introduce us to the screening of some of her short films and with whom, at the end of the screenings, we will have the opportunity to have a conversation moderated by Carolina Lopez, director of Animac.

Last year, Joanna Quinn received the Animac 2021 Honorary Award (online, due to pandemic restrictions), in an edition dedicated to the best animation of the last 25 years, the same as Animac. This year we will be able to count on the presence of her and her close collaborator Les Mills, at the CCCB to tell us about her career as one of the great references of contemporary animation.
