Belinda Bonan

Belinda Bonan is a screenwriter, director and producer, specialising in animated film. She holds a degree in Economics and Audiovisual Communication and a diploma in Advanced Character Animation Studies from the Animation Mentor School. Since 2011, she has worked as a 3D animator in several TV series, such as “Desafío Champions Sendokai” (seasons 1 and 2), and has also worked as a 3D animation teacher in two schools in Barcelona. In 2015, she joined Mosto Wanted Studio, where she directed and produced her first works. His animated short films “Back in Fashion” (2017) and “Me, a Monster? (2020) have been awarded and selected in more than 120 festivals such as Mecal PRO, Dokufest, Sarajevo Film Festival, Shorts Mexico, Zlín FF, Sapporo IFF, Chicago International Children’s Film and Festival de Málaga. His third short film, “Código Ictus”, is an experimental animated documentary about the stroke suffered by his mother.
