Mauro Carraro

Mauro Carraro has given the 3D of his films a “handmade” touch, emulating techniques such as watercolour, engraving and analogue drawing. His films, midway between the real story and poetry, invite us to travel the world with his particular joie de vivre. This Swiss-based Italian has won numerous awards at international festivals. In this lecture he will talk to us about his technique, which he calls “sensitive” 3D, developed throughout different projects and especially his latest short, Baroudeur, which will have its world premiere this year at Animac.
